Requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment, with the item in its original condition and size tag attached.
No requests will be accepted after the 3 day period.
Items that are damaged or missing size tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Each shipment is allowed one transaction only — either a return or an exchange.
For combined requests (return + exchange), the customer must clearly state this. Combined requests are accepted only if the shipment contains more than one item.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees during the return or exchange process.
During free shipping periods, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
Refund methods include InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or external bank transfer for customers outside Egypt. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the item is returned and inspected.
If the order is rejected during inspection in the presence of the courier, a fee of 80 EGP will be charged.
If a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is received, a free replacement is offered with no shipping fees, provided the request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
